Your files and the Revenue Leak Report

The short version: we read your exports to build your report, we do not touch your customers, and your files are deleted on a clock.

What we do with your files

You upload exports from your business software, such as customers, jobs, invoices, or estimates. We read them once, automatically, to find unpaid invoices, estimates that never sold, and customers who went quiet. Nobody on our team reads your files to make the report.

What we never do

Where it is kept and who can see it

Your files and report are kept in a private area of our database that is separate from Trades Operator customer accounts. No company or account is created for you. Only a secret link, sent to the email you gave us, opens your report. If you forward that link, the person you forward it to can see your report, so keep it to yourself.

A small number of Trades Operator team members can view a report to help you, for example when you ask for a call with James. Every one of those views is logged.

How it is deleted

We keep a short log that a report was created, viewed, and deleted. It holds no customer names, emails, or amounts.

The email you give us

We use your email to send your report link and to follow up about it, and your phone number only if you add one. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle website information in general.
