Scheduling and booking

Online booking - let customers book and price services on your website

How an owner or admin turns on Online booking, sets services, prices, booking hours, and technician skills, shares the link or website code, and what each booking creates.

Online booking at /settings/booking/online lets customers book and price your services 24/7. Only owners and admins can change it; others see "Only owners and admins can change online booking" (view only).

How it works for the customer

Customers pick a service, see the price, choose a day and a 2-hour arrival window, and book. Each booking lands as a customer, address, and scheduled job. Online bookings stay unassigned so the office can dispatch them. If a service needs skills, the least busy working technician who has them is assigned; services without skills stay unassigned.

Set it up

  1. Under Services, click Use starter services or Add service. You must add at least one service before you can turn it on.
  2. For each service choose Book directly (customer gets a price and books the job) or Estimate first (customer books a free on-site estimate visit; set Estimate visit (minutes)).
  3. Set Base price, Minimum price, Job length (minutes), and Pricing questions (Choice, Count, add-ons). Prices can be hidden so customers see "Quote". Round price to the nearest $1, $5, $10, or exact cents.
  4. Under Skills needed (Record skills), check the skills required. Customers only see times when a technician with every checked skill is working and free.
  5. Set Minimum notice (hours), Book up to (days ahead), and Booking hours (each technician's own hours, or company hours on days they have none). With no active technicians no times can be offered.
  6. Turn on Online booking is on.

Share it

Use Customer link (Copy link) or Website code (Copy code). Branding uses your company name, logo, and phone from your company profile.

Texts

Confirmation, reminder and on-the-way texts turn on with online booking for customers who opt in; use Turn on texts if they are off.

Where requests go

Requests appear in Lead Intake at /pipeline. A booking form can be paused with Pause form and resumed with Resume form at /settings/booking/forms.
