Your setup checklist lives on the main Settings page at /settings. Older setup and launch checklist links now open that same page.
Finish setup
At the top of /settings, a chip shows how many items "need setup". Click it, or scroll to the Finish setup card, which shows how many items are left. Each row has a button such as Set up, Continue, Choose, Add, Review, or Reconnect. Items only appear here while they still need you, and only if your role can manage them:
- Two-step login: protect your own sign-in (everyone). See
/settings/security. - Company profile: used on payments, calling, and texting (owner only). See
/settings/company/profile. - Type of work: sets defaults for jobs, estimates, and invoices (owner only). See
/settings/company/trade. - Service categories: the kinds of work you do, for jobs and reports (owner or admin). See
/settings/company/service-categories. - Phone & messaging: company number, call routing, and business texting (owner or admin). See
/settings/communications. - Card payments: let customers pay invoices online (owner or admin). See
/settings/payments. - Website tracking: finish the install to tie ad clicks to booked work (owner or admin). See
/settings/integrations/website-tracking. - QuickBooks: reconnect so your books stay in sync, if a connection needs attention. See
/settings/integrations/quickbooks.
Finished items move out of the list and show a green status on their row, such as "Two-step on", "Saved", "Ready", or "Connected". A second chip counts how many services are connected.
Rows marked "Owner", "Owner / admin", or "Admin managed" are handled by someone else in your company.
If it is not working
- A row shows "Unavailable": its status could not be read in time. Reload the page.
