Trades Operator
Built by operators. For operators.
Trades Operator is built by operators for operators. 20+ years in the trades, built because the tooling was broken.
Call, form, or campaign source enters the operating record.
Customer, estimate, job, evidence, invoice, and payment stay connected.
The next approval, follow-up, or review task is visible without rebuilding context.

Built by operators. For operators.
Trades Operator exists because the tooling was broken. After 20+ years running and marketing home-service businesses, the same problem kept appearing: the data was fragmented by design. Ad platforms couldn't see jobs. Job platforms couldn't see invoices. Accounting lived in a separate system that nobody connected to revenue. Every answer required a spreadsheet and a theory. The incumbents — Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber — built scheduling and dispatch well. But they didn't build attribution. They didn't build accounting. They didn't build AI on top of a real business record. And they couldn't — because their data models weren't built to close the loop. Trades Operator is a different architectural decision. One database. Every module. No integration stack. Calls, jobs, invoices, payments, and accounting all live in the same data spine — which means attribution is structural, AI has real records to read, and the Command Center can actually show you what to do next. We are building this because the problem is real, the gap is wide, and the shops that solve it will run circles around the ones still working from sticky notes and five separate logins. Every feature decision is made against the unified data model. If it would create a silo, it doesn't ship. We measure what the owner cares about: collected revenue. Not clicks, not leads, not "pipeline." AI is only as good as the records it has access to. We built the records first. These are financial records, call recordings, and customer data. Security is architecture, not a checkbox. The operating system for home-service companies. One database. Every module. Zero integration stack.
