End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs access to Trades Operator software, including the web app, mobile or installable experiences, previews, and related software interfaces made available to authorized users.
1.1License Grant
Subject to these terms and the applicable customer agreement, Trades Operator grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for the internal business operations of the company that authorized the user.
1.2Authorized Use
Users may access Trades Operator only through approved accounts, roles, devices, and interfaces. Users must keep credentials secure, comply with MFA and role requirements, and use the software only for permitted business purposes. Administrators are responsible for inviting, removing, and permissioning users appropriately.
1.3Restrictions
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, bypass access controls, probe tenant isolation, overload the service, interfere with security systems, or use the software to process data or conduct activity that violates law or the applicable customer agreement.
1.4Customer and Business Data
Data entered into Trades Operator remains subject to the customer agreement and Privacy Policy. Users must not enter full card numbers, CVV codes, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, borrower underwriting data, medical records, or other prohibited sensitive information into fields not designed for that purpose.
1.5Third-Party Services
Trades Operator may connect to third-party services such as payment processors, communications providers, accounting systems, calendar providers, mapping providers, analytics tools, and AI providers. Those services may have separate terms. Access to those integrations may be limited, suspended, or changed if provider requirements, security concerns, or customer configuration require it.
1.6Updates and Changes
Trades Operator may update the software automatically, add or remove features, change user interface behavior, or modify supported workflows. Some features may be preview, beta, provider-gated, entitlement-gated, or subject to operational readiness requirements.
1.7AI-Assisted Features
AI-assisted features are licensed as review-support tools. Users remain responsible for checking outputs, source records, permissions, and business context before taking action. AI features do not replace professional judgment or required approvals.
1.8Termination of License
This license ends when the user is no longer authorized, the customer account terminates, or access is suspended for security, nonpayment, policy, or legal reasons. Certain obligations, including confidentiality, restrictions, audit, security, and data-handling obligations, may survive termination.
