Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Trades Operator. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.
1.1Business Use
Trades Operator is a business software platform for home-service companies. It is not intended for personal, household, medical, legal, tax, or consumer-credit advisory use. Customers are responsible for reviewing all business records, customer communications, payment activity, tax treatment, accounting entries, and operational decisions before relying on them.
1.2Accounts and Authorized Users
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, controlling administrator access, protecting credentials, enabling required security controls, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Sensitive workflows may require MFA, role-based permissions, or additional verification.
1.3Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of the data they submit to Trades Operator. You grant us permission to process Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service, including through authorized integrations and service providers. For data submitted about customers, employees, technicians, vendors, or leads, the contractor is responsible for required notices, consent, and lawful processing rights.
1.4Payments, Accounting, Tax, and Financing
Trades Operator may support estimates, invoices, payments, refunds, job costing, accounting records, tax calculations, payment links, card-on-file setup, and financing-related handoffs. Trades Operator does not provide legal, tax, accounting, underwriting, lending, or financial advice. Customers are responsible for reviewing records, tax treatment, payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, financing disclosures, and professional filings.
1.5Communications Compliance
If you use Trades Operator for calls, SMS, email, recordings, automations, review requests, referral requests, or marketing follow-ups, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including consent, opt-out, call recording, telemarketing, texting, email, 10DLC, carrier, and Do Not Call requirements. Trades Operator may provide consent tracking and opt-out tools, but those tools do not replace legal review.
1.6AI Features
AI features may generate summaries, recommendations, drafts, classifications, and operational suggestions. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sending it to customers, posting accounting entries, changing schedules, taking payment-related action, or making business decisions.
1.7Acceptable Use
You may not use Trades Operator to violate laws, send unlawful messages, upload malware, access another tenant's data, bypass security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, overload infrastructure, submit prohibited sensitive data, or use the service for regulated activities we have not agreed to support.
1.8Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to operate Trades Operator reliably, but availability may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, internet conditions, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate business continuity practices for their own operations.
1.9Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, fails to pay amounts due, or uses the service in a way that could harm Trades Operator, other tenants, providers, or customers. Certain records may be retained after termination as required for legal, security, accounting, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
